ihomer, it's in us.
We create software; it's what we excel at. It's in our DNA. Our strength lies in simple solutions to complex problems — and in an organisation that works a little differently from the rest.
An open-minded place for professionals
We are what we call an open-minded organisation: a place where software professionals jointly work on projects that they and their customers can be proud of. We believe in the power of free will and the ambition of professionals to do a good job.
We find the human dimension important in everything we do. We don't believe in contracts; instead we prefer to build close relationships based on trust.

Three ingredients that make us a success
No secret formula — just three things we can't do without.
Wanting something energises you
Wanting something challenges us to be better and to take initiative. It keeps us enthusiastic, makes us share knowledge and follow the latest developments. And it means we don't worry about timesheets or holiday records.
Together means with each other
Working with each other, rather than for each other. Together means having no managers. The people work for the team and the team works for the people. We don't set up project teams — we assign projects to teams. And we jointly determine our salary.
Simple means clear and, well, simple
Simple forces us to think harder about complex matters and to simplify. It's our subdivision into small, independent teams of six to twelve people. It's direct communication. And it's the absence of processes and procedures.

Ordinary in every way
In our humble opinion, we are a completely normal company. We find it normal that people work independently, without a manager. That the people who work for us take ownership and make their own decisions.
That your colleagues determine your salary. That you decide where, when and what you work on. And that we don't keep timesheets or holiday records. We find all the other organisations we know rather special, because they don't find this normal.
- No managers
- You choose where and when
- Salary set by the team
- No timesheets
Professionals from across the country, close by
Our alternative to offshoring: outsourcing projects to a team that works from the Netherlands. No linguistic, time or cultural differences for our customers. And because we choose where we work, no time wasted in traffic.

Whether you have a project or want to join us, we'd love to meet.
