Agile is an approach to project management that focuses on creating flexibility and speed. It is a mindset that we have adopted. We believe that an iterative approach is the way to make the product a success. We think it is important to work with you and any stakeholders to prioritize the right things, test sub-products with users as quickly as possible, and adjust and expand as necessary. Because we have a team composition with developers and UX designers who work well together, we can efficiently expand the product and not only make the dream a reality, but also make it grow.
Short sprints, short lines of communication
Scrum is the name for a set of guidelines and principles to promote Agile work. This ensures that we work in short iterations, called ‘sprints’, with a set of ‘events’ for each sprint to always have the opportunity to respond to new insights and opportunities that serve the product. While a traditional approach spends a lot of time on preparation and plan writing, Scrum ensures that you add value to the project as quickly as possible.
